Not the best picture ...doesn't do it justice really.
That's what I thought..but I definitely ordered a 3 band haha! Result! Yeah it's a terrific brush. I feel there may be another one coming in the futureGorgeous knot!
Definitely looks to be a 2 band.
Here's one of me and the brush auditioning for the home shopping channel:

Yeah it is a big 24mm... and it's a perfect bulb shape. Had a shave with mine earlier and was very pleased with the knot..soft but very sturdy. I think you know you've got a decent brush when you are lathering your neck and you nearly get soap in your eyes!Looks big for a 24mm. Now I'm REALLY looking forward to mine!
What specs did you go with @Gordy ?
Very nice!! Well I am also thinking of another!26mm DO1 3 Band Bulb
Raptor Handle, Gold Coast TSR LE Brush

My next brush after this however will be a 173, 2 Band Fan but I need to find a blank first, and I'm looking at a few.
Spot on, what really impresses me is that Bernd can create the exact knot with specific characteristics every time.I think Bernd's knots are often slightly bigger. Shavemacs are fantastic brushes!
I have to admit 26-28 mm is my favourite sized knot from Bernd. The XMAS LE being the perfect blend of super soft tips and backbone. I cannot wait for the high density brushes to arrive!I used my damper-than-usual Xmas LE with an enthusiastically-applied Harris shaving stick last night and ended up with enough lather to shave a gorilla. Twice. It was going everywhere!
. I cannot wait for the high density brushes to arrive!
This would be our LE group buy brushes Gordy!Exsqueeze me? Ahhh......more details please!
