Long hot shower
Proraso Pre/Post (15 mins before shave)
Dirty Bird Scuttle – Pre heated
Merkur HD
Red Personna on first use
Simpsons CH2 2-Band brush
Castle Forbes Lavender Crean (Lovely soft soap/cream)
Cold water splash followed by my new Trumpers Alum block, massive block
AOS Rose Water (Another xmas pressie)
Castle Forbes Lavender Balm (As above)
Acca Kappa 1869 Cologne

It was a really good shave, almost zero irritation, lots of prep probably helped but if I could have a shave like that every day I would be a happy man.

Smoothest shave ive got, on face and neck, just about everywhere. No irritation, nothing.
The aftershave balm is amazing!

Decent shave. One pass has left cheeks smoth enough, neck sort of smooth.
Might try a different blade tomorrow. An Astra maybe.
