Quick shave to tidy up.
Merkur 34HD
Astra Blade
TOBS cream
Wilkinson sword brush
ISIS ASB
Lovely smooth shave. No irritation.
I really do like the Merkur. I think its the weight that i like, aswell as the short handle. The superspeed i think misses the weight. The Gillette adjustable is quite nice with weight and length.

Friday evening shave in H time, it was Saturday UK time

Semogue 2015HD
Tabac
Merkur HD
Gillette Super Thin D1
Alum
Tabac AS

This is the first time in a while that I have shown the stoats cousin some love. An excellent shave.

Saturday

Ever Ready 1912
GEM Stainless Blade
D.R. Harris Marlborough Soap
D.R. Harris Pink a/s
Penhaligon's Hammam Bouquet edt

Shaved and then off over to Bakewell. Can't remember the last time we went for a 'run out' on a Saturday.

I did spy one or two shaving related things in Bakewell, but resisted them quite easily.

Been laid low since Thursday evening; felt very shabby indeed!

Two days growth (helps you see the beard map!) all off, very smoothly with the help of the trusty combo and the rest of the guys in the band, as they say.

Most excellent!

Merkur 34HD
Iridium Super
Crabtree and Evelyn Sienna soap
Wilkinson Sword brush
Alum
Nivea ASB

Quite a smooth shave. First go with the Iridium Super.
Not bad, but not quite so smooth in places.
Still, neck is very smooth with no irritation.

Gillette Parat (German-made Rocket / A. Jr.)
Derby Extra
Henk's no. 6 cream + Spieck
Simpsons Duke 3
Neal's Yard ASB
Real Shave Co. balm
Cella Classica Cologne

Good three pass shave. I really like Derby blades and the Parat is my favourite razor, ever, period. (£16 inc. P&P from Erwin.)

The Big Fat Duke brush I won in the TSR raffle has taken some getting used to - holds a lot more water than my baby Simpson, so the lather tends towards the too wet. But I'm learning.

Neal's Yard asb - my favourite. Has alcohol, so ended with a purely moisturising balm.

Cella Classic cologne: £12.90 for 200ml from Paul at Connaught via the decant club, magic stuff. Basically I smell of lemons all day. But in a good way.

Sunday...

Edwin Jagger DE (lined Chrome)
RSC shave cream LTD Edition (£1 in poundland!! )
Kent BK4 brush
RSC after shave balm
Iridium Super blade (first try with 1)

best shave ever with the new iridium blade!! am shocked how much better than the derby`s they are.. :)

Hello Chivalry - if you nip across to the welcome forum and introduce yourself, we'll all have a chance to greet you properly.

Sunday

Kent BK4
Geo Butler 5/8 straight

Henk's No.5
cold water
Acqua di Parma

A creditable shave with no recourse to the DE for touching up, and still no blood splashes on the mirror ...
