Getting a bit braver with the shavette, completed a WTG shave and it was nearly a SAS, more practice needed
, I finished the shave of with the EJ with a new BIC (I really like these blades, sharp and smooth) and the norm DFS was had. After working the weekend I've 2 days off starting tomorrow so more practice with the shavette .

Monday evening.
Prep: Wash face with glycerin soap, lather face massage, hot towel.
Soap: DR Harris Arlington.
Brush: Duke 3 Best.
Razor: Weltmeister Rostfrei rescaled by Max.
AS: Thayers Witch Hazel followed by Proraso Splash & Balm.
These are my favorite stainless razors. I like the first one so much I purchased a second and sent them off to Max who rescaled them in Wenge Wood.

A rushed shave this morning - bloody alarm! Fancy having the snooze button so close to the off button :roll: Resulted in a nick bu the Adams apple, but the cold splash and alum stopped it from bleeding, so not too bad.

A DFS dialled the Futur to 4, no weepers or nicks and very little irritation. Still adapting technique below chin level but that's a constant area for work. Morning shave is about a 10-12 minute event.

DFS is thankfully becoming a regular thing these days. Lovely slick cream from Connaught and steady performance as ever from the EJ89. Went a bit mad with the aftershave. I wonder where I put my medallion...

Getting better and better shaves now I'm concentrating on technique. Keep hitting a bloody (quite literally!) mole on my jaw - thank god for styptic pencil.
