Day off work. Sprog at childminder an SWMBO at work. It's raining and I had a list of jobs to do around the house. Great. Once that was done I had a lovely shave with the following:

Erasmic cream
TOBS pure badger brush
Muhle R41
Gillette Rubie (3)
Alum
Witch Hazel
The Veg

Three days growth gone in 2 passes. Lovely. The Rubie is done now but I'm looking forward to using the rest of the tuck.

From this morning:

Prep: cold water and Proraso Sensitive pre shave
Brush : Omega 40033
Soap: Palmolive stick
Razor : Timor
Blade: Feather (3)
After : Nivea sensitive post Shave Balm

Holiday shave away from home.
Not so good got a few nicks, second time I have tried to get third shave from a feather blade both times it has nicked me.
Great for the first and second shave so come to conclusion can only get two shaves from a feather.

All the best

Paul

Kent Infinity Silvertex
English Wilkie
Duley head on stainless steel handle
LEA stick
Home made lime balm

I've used the LEA stick probably a dozen times now and still think it lathers well but the scent is the definition of plain and it could do with a bit more cushion. I've never felt slightly raw after an English Wilkie.

No shave today as it's my first night off from 4 night shifts. But my shave at the moment is:

Superdrug face wash
Edwin Jagger Chatsworth synthetic bristle shaving brush
Wilkinson Sword shaving soap
Edwin Jagger Chatsworth barley chrome with Merkur top plate (the shave is much milder and smoother)
Gillette Goal blade
Bulldog ASB.

Although I'm getting really good shaves from the WS soap, I doubt if I'll buy it again.

Weber PH / UFO Kaiser
Rapira Super Stainless
Thäter 4125/1 2-band
La Toja cream, Classic
Myrsol Agua Balsamica

First use of the Thäter - bulb shaped in black. It complements my 3-band which is also a 4125/1 bulb but in plexi.

Face wash with Pears soap
Cobra Classic / Pro blade
Rudy Vey custom redwood burl with 23mm Shavemac knot
Proraso White Soap (New Formula)
Proraso Green A/S
Penhaligons Extract of Limes Cologne

Just had a cup of tea…. ;)
