Saturday:

Cella
NF Tubby 2
Ever Ready Streamline
GEM blade
Witch Hazel
Pinaud Clubman AS

Good shave, BBS smooth and comfortable. I notice there seems to be a Cella theme this morning, the last three posts have all used it. Must be a Saturday thing.

Men-U facewash.
New Forest Super badger brush.
Henk's Dutch Moss saving soap.
Muhle R89 with Personna red #1.
Wilkinson Sword Hydro ASB.
Etat Libre d'Orange Fils De Dieu EDT (tester sample frm Nkdman)
Comfortable shave today, forget how good Henk's Dutch Moss soap is.

Prep: Cold water splash
Soap: Speick (grated)
Brush: Simpson Commodore X3
Razor: Weber Polished/Bulldog
Blade: Sputnik (2)
Post: Clinique Post-Shave Healer, Clinique M-Lotion
EdT: Lalique Hommage a l'Homme

Went easy with a mild 2-pass shave today as still had some neck irritation that had manifested itself a couple hours after my last shave. Interestingly enough, it was the first time I had used Nivea Post Shave Balm in a while... So used Clinique Healer and M-Lotion combo today. Feeling much better now :)

Saturday

Gillette face wash
3P pre shave
Ingrams cream
Kent BK2 brush
Gillette aristocrat #66
Sputnik blade (1)
Alm and witch hazel gel
Old spice after shave

Lovely finish today, was worried that I had lost it a little using the Superspeed with a silver star clade during the week but that combo just didnt work for me. I wll try the superspeed with another blade but thin I will move this on in due course.

Looking forward to the football today - Come on you Yellows!

Hot flannel
Proraso pre, menthol
Omega 11137, MWF
Feather AS-D2, Personna Lab Blue (3)
Cold splash
Clinique post-shave soother
And... what the Hell... some Gucci Guilty Intense EDT

Shave of the gods!

... and the Omega no longer smells of boar... and it's just beginning to assume a broken-in appearance

Prep: L Oreal face scrub
Cream: Trumpers Spanish Leather shaving cream
Brush: Edwin Jagger Chatsworth ebony synthetic bristle
Razor: Edwin Jagger Chatsworth barley chrome
Blade: Gillette 7 O'clock
Post: Crabtree & Evelyn sienna

A nice smooth shave with a long lasting aroma.

Prep: Hot shower
Pre: Clinique Face Scrub
Soap: NSS Cedarwood & Vetyver
Brush: MÜHLE Kosmo synthetic 23mm
Razor: Gillette English New Long
Blade: Sputnik (1)
After: Muelhens 4711 Original AS, Coral Skin Food

In the past I've had difficulty building a good lather with this NSS soap but today it worked wonderfully. Maybe because I loaded more soap onto the brush or maybe because my lovely new synthetic brush doesn't eat as much soap as badgers.

Result BBS with zero irritation, great start to the weekend.
