Got a great shave today with a Timor that had two shims in it works wonders on the aggressive front.

Razor: Timor OC 1350K
Blade: Voskhod #2
Post: Alum, Weleda Smooth Shave Toner, Alt Innsbruck ASB

Result: Very, very nice tobacco scented shave and post. TFS soap has superb lathering capabilities. And the Alt Innsbruck is a fine ASB.

Used my vintage tech for the first time today, had to shim it and still far too mild for me. one pass over the face gave SAS, but had to do about three passes under the neck to get everything to the same standard. Might try another shim or maybe a feather. Might just stick with it for a few days to try and get the angle just right as it is very tight...

Liked the TBS Maca root though. it smelled pretty bland in the tube, but once it had been lathered it seemed to bloom into a pretty pleasant scent.
