I've found the same. Fantastic in an aggressive Merkur 38R, draggy and sore and not very close in the Fatboy

I've bought blades from Bestshave and never had a problem.
A quick look at my Excel sheet tells me I last tried Rapira blades in January 2011. They were OK but I wasn't that impressed...

I've got a lot of time for Bestshave - great prices and they delivered within a week for £4 which I was really impressed with. What razor did you try the Rapiras in Paul?
