I feel the same way about my Grande. I like the shave and the razor but getting the blade right is a ball breaker. Worst razor I've ever had in that regard. If the newer models are the same I'll give em a miss. Shame cuz I contacted Connaught about availability and they said they were reaching out to Fatip.

Its gone neatly back in its box - I cant see me keeping this one, which is a shame as it looks fab in its gunmetal finish.

Too much arse ache getting the blade alignment right - but once lined up it shaves nicely.

No more reviews on this one? I was close to getting one, but the blade alignment issue was the deal breaker. Has the co. corrected this?

No idea, but the Fatip CC seems to be pretty popular on the Dutch shaving forum.
I do have a new model Fatip OC razor, and no blade alignment issues for me.

I happen to own this gem and mine seems to be fine. No alignment oroblems or any other blemishes.
If I have anything against it is that it's rather too gentle on my whiskers and what I usually achieve in two passes with Merkur 34 or Futur on 4 or above is impossible with the Fatip Gentile.
