A special day 10 montage to make up for the Crimewatch effort of yesterday
10K run, plus 11.2K walk to and from town today, culimating in sore feet and a bowl of cous-cous for lunch. Record time on the 10K and the walk to town too.

Ladies and gents, presenting day 15, which if I am brutally honest was a massive day for me. I had a personal target for the MOVE part, and that was a sub 30 minute 10K for day 30 of Movember. Well, today I hit that target well ahead of schedule, and I have to admit, to me it felt like winning a gold medal at an organised event when I looked at the time. So, here it is
