i had a shing many moons ago.....built like a brick toilet...but had to get rid as the backspring was strong...very very strong for my poor little fingers....you will enjoy...superb quality and craftmanship
if it was a raven then he can adjust the opening and closing force by changing the tang profile, i know he's done that for some people. of course if you commission one then you can ask for what you want!
