Arrived today. I already have a goose-neck pouring kettle - see below - but thermal management is a problem. I can't afford the price jump to a mains-controlled model so, for under a tenner I thought this worth a try. - cheers - I.

Particularly interested in the Muramasa, as with all Tatara razors it looks stunning and even though it’s allegedly quite mild on the low end I don’t think that would bother me. But the price just puts it out of range for now.
