Yes it is and it performs just fine, real easy to line up and snip out the half circle neded , a lovely bit of kit.

A couple items to round the month off:

Kiehls face wash
Maca root shave cream

The shave cream is going to be next weeks shave of the week.

The face wash i'd heard is quite good, I've not used any sort of face wash before shaving before but last week tried some TFH No10 scrub and had an awesome shave! Let's see what this does.

Was tempted to get some of the light flite shave cream as well but was completely distracted by the assistant and forgot myself! Silly old man!

I've been shopping in New York City, Pasteur's Pharmacy.
Barrister & Mann Lavanille, Dr. Jon's Anne Bonny, PAA Gondolier AS. Lavanille is so chocolatey dark it even turns the milk/leather brown.
Also picked up Timeless .95 razor with Dimpled and Pineapple handles. Shave is very smooth, like a Progress - which is how I'd hoped for.

41 Ranger Tech

Super Speed like shave but slightly better. Finish is also superior plus I really like the lower band. Overall 2 shaves. Verdict. I like it.
