Hands down the King Oscillator w/ proprietary blade. Just terrible. @Mrchick might remember his shave with one as well.
Runner-up: Most shavettes loaded with a DE blade
Having now started to dabble with SE shaving, Injectors and AC blades, I can see what you mean and I can see myself using my DE razors less and less, I would try a straight but that would probably mean even more redundant shaving kit! One day maybe I will try a Straight Razor but I have no clue on where to start, there seems to be so many different Straight Razor choices and no obvious beginners razor as it were.My Worst DE Shave..That's Easy..Every Darn DE Shave that I Have had was a Shit Shave..

Thanks, now guess what I am about to do after posting this reply.......Correct, I will be looking at Straight Razors. But maybe wait until after the festive period as I already have my quota of presents so far.A 5/8th or 6/8th Round Point & Strop..That's it..There are No Beginner SRs So to Speak..

Thanks, I will definitely have a read of that.Nothing wrong with a shavette tbh with a good sharp blade especially if you don't want all the stropping rigmarole. A straight is a step up though. There are several reputable sellers mentioned in my "straight talking" thread who will provide a quality straight razor for reasonable prices. Most do it for the love and to keep the tradition alive rather than to get rich.
