What to do with my great grandfather's pens?

Hi

I've had these in my desk drawer for years. They were used by my great grandfather who was a surveyor. I don't have any sentimental attachment to them, I have other things of his I do treasure though. They are in need of restoration, but I don't have the skills.

What I do know about them:

Swan fountain pen, missing clip and disintegrated ink sac. Gold Mabie and Todd nib.

Conway Stewart 286 fountain pen, disintegrated ink sac. Duro 14kt nib.

Eversharp "gold filled" pencil.

small pocket pencil.

I'm thinking of offering them for trade, but really have no idea what I should ask for them - are they worth a Gillette adjustable or just ten packs of Derbys? Do people buy pens in this state or are they really too far gone?

Any advice you can offer would be great.
