The rugby! The last time I cried after a game of rugby was November 22nd 2003 when England beat Australia to the World Cup Final. Such poetry, we've demolished Australia again in Australia again. This England team is a force to be reckoned with going forward.

Finishing 5th in the Yorkshire Senior Team Foil Competition.

We had the 1st, 2nd & 3rd finishers in our poule. We seeded last. Aside from byes for the top teams, we won each and every elimination to pull back to 5th. 9 whole matches.

A hug and kiss from my 8 month old daughter is enough to make my day any day, the fact that she can't/won't say daddy but managed the word 'cake' made me laugh a lot. I now know what mummy does all day !
