The last I heard the entire squad played for expenses and didn't have contracts and you can become a Vice President for £500. I imagine a full buy out is significantly less than a Premier League club - In fact it could probably be funded by your razor collection!
 
Taking my car insurance down from a renewal quote of £330 to £210 (with a different company) just by using confused.com.

Enough people must just automatically renew to make this sodding scam worthwhile. Muppets!

Also, it's cold but lovely and sunny so we can finally get into the garden and get some things done.

I wasn't aware that they played home matches anywhere else since 1906. Could be bad weather and a fixture pile up meant they had to play anywhere they could.

Is there a chance you saw Runcorn playing at Prescot? Runcorn Halton had a spell playing at Valerie Park in the Northern Premier League before they went under.


My renewal quote went from around £400 to over £550 for a 02 plate Megane Scenic! No claims, not involved in any accidents and no points on the license. Not sure how they worked that out The joys of a Liverpool postcode and lazy stereotypes I suppose Quote hunting time!
