Horses for courses @TobyC . For instance, I like some of George Thorogood's stuff, but for the most part I find it formulaic pandering to his target audience, and I wouldn't bother to seek out his stuff.
However, to quote the words of the legend Eddie van Halen, "There is no such thing as bad music. There may be music that you personally don’t like, but if you don’t like it, don’t listen to it and shut the fuck up! Don’t listen to it and complain about it. There’s lots of music that I don’t care for, but you can’t say it’s bad. That’s subjective."
