What are you eating tonight?

Roasted Lamb steak, with roast Potatoes and Yorkshire puds with plenty of Mint jelly and Mint sauce. I forgot the Carrots. Dessert was chilled Rice Pudding. Same again tomorrow...
 
Short rib roast today, short ribs covered in salt pepper and garlic rub, and smoked on the broilking smoke xl at a steady 270°F for 5 hours then wrapped for the last hour until an internal temprature of 207°F.
Did the parsnips and carrots on the smoker too but cheated and wifey did the roast tattys in the oven.

 
Mid week Roast. Roast Gammon with roast potatoes and carrots, Yorkshire puddings with English mustard and Apple sauce.
Accompanied with a bottle of Asti.
