Thanks for the advice Tony, unfortunately I need around 300 bottles. So Proseco at that proce would leave me residing in a soup kitchen!Try San Leo's from Waitrose, it's not raspingly dry and everybody I've given it to seemed to like it and even I like it and I'm really fussy when it comes to fizz.

If you've got more to spend then this is my default for a special occasion, although I've usually bought it for under a tenner.
