I'm not much of a Whiskey drinker but a bottle of Bushmills 16 year old bought during a distillery trip in March is now open and being enjoyed with two small pieces of ice.

Whyte and Mackay this evening. This one seems to divide opinion on the masters of malt site. But to be fair its quite sweet and caramel flavoured, not overpowering on the nose. For £12.50 a bottle its a safe blend and very drinkable. Not that I'm an expert. ??

Tonight, water ... lots of water ... and a protein shake. I've been out fencing this evening. Normally, I'd have a snifter, but I'm keeping off the sauce on school nights.
