Weird optical thingy whatsit

Another youtube clip but not come across one of these before. Follow the instructions and you experience a rather odd optical for a few moments.

I wouldn't try it after drinking though and its not one of those scare things where something jumps out at you screaming halfway through.

I posted it because I've not seen one, quite trippy really.

Its presumably an involuntarily response like if you stand with your arms pushing against the door frame for a bit and when you walk out they lift.
