They where very nice , I did cook them a tad bit more though - I don´t like them french bloody. But boy, they where tender and delish, yum. That´s how my face felt yesterday though, after nicking myself :roll:
Antdad: I think it´s the same part as ribeye (veil and ox), yes!?), but it´s from a cow. Very jummy, the best steak meat if you ask me :hungrig .
