In practice, that silly little screw is going to be lost down the drain in no time and the razor consigned to the bin! I get that it is a pivot but for a production design, it really ought to be a spring-loaded ball bearing or just a rod with a countersunk micro-screw. Also, seems like a ludicrously long handle which I think would give a lot of stress to that pivot point. Something around 3" would give less pressure on the face and on the moving parts.
I like the intuitive cap flat to face operation (like ASR razors) but do wonder about the pivot action with a half-DE blade. I know we have pivot and flex with cartridge razors, but they use different blades. In practice, I can foresee nasty nicks!
