Agree with you Geordie Shaver, this reply is utter drivel given the fact it was their fault not to have a clue about whats happening with their own stock inventory.
I don't see this as a "technical error" as he mentions, but more of bad management on their part.
Complaints fully justified as far as I'm concerned.
Doesn't change anything unfortunately but I suppose it gives us a heads up on this particular company.
 
Wish I could find a way to leave a review of Parkem but can't!
For what it's worth, they also briefly had the Tabac EdC on pre-order for the same price of £4.57. This would suggest that it wasn't in stock, so the response seems ingenuous at least and a scam at worst. Anyone been refunded yet?
 
I had my order for two EDT’s cancelled and refunded , I think they have overlooked my order for 6 of the bowl soaps , it is still showing as waiting dispatch and has not been cancelled or refunded .
 

If you view your cancelled orders the option to leave feedback should be there, it was for my cancelled orders.
