Agree with you Geordie Shaver, this reply is utter drivel given the fact it was their fault not to have a clue about whats happening with their own stock inventory.
I don't see this as a "technical error" as he mentions, but more of bad management on their part.
Complaints fully justified as far as I'm concerned.
Doesn't change anything unfortunately but I suppose it gives us a heads up on this particular company.
