strange plastic razor id

HI all wonder if any body can shed any light on this

been watching on the bay part of a quite ordinary looking shaving kit, never seen anything like it.

Any ideas what it is :huh:

same here i think it looks very cool just a shame i couldn't bid enough to win it.
 
Hope some one on here bought it as would love to find out more. Im sure it said Bakelite in the discription but isn't Bakelite normally coloured .
 
Jake, over on Badger&Blade, just PIFed one, and I believe it was a Fasan. I would suspect it is simply poly-acrylic ("plastic"), as Bakelite is a suspension of wood particles in a plastic base. Very cool, in any case.:icon_razz:

Thanks for that rob not quite the same design but im going to have to search one out now.

I so much want an invisible razor now :mad: why didnt i bid more.
