Hi all in shaving room I'm now out and about having broke me ankle in two places(I wont be going to either place again). One week of hospital razors and foam bloody awfull. This morning I had the best shave.
Washed face
Hot towel
Proraso Green tub brushed on with silver tip badger
6/8 Taylors Eyewittness cutthroat stropped on leather cleaned on canvas
cold water splash
Home made Bay Run to finsh
Feet up and and cup of tea and bacon butty
PERFECT!!!!
 
I sympathise and empathise; I'm currently stuck at home with a broken leg. In hospital, all I was given was an orange Bic and a can of Gillette foam. Now safely back at home and my Shave of the Day is generally my Highlight of the Day as well. Be careful lest idle hands lead you to spending too much time and money acquiring new gear!
 
Enjoy being out of hospital and away from those razors though it sounds like any DE shave would be SOTD! Like the comment about not visiting those places again - read my mind! :D

What razors do they provide now on the NHS?

They are cheap plastic single blade things not even bic some thing worse
