Fab handle is it not? P.

Sun 8th July

Omega 11137
Lea Classic Soap
Schick Type F
Schick S/S Single - Japan [ 12 ]
Lea Classic A/S Lotion

No rush to get out this morning, have been up for ages though. Plenty of time for a leisurely Shave so chose the Type F,which does not like being rushed. It is so satisfying to wield and by not rushing it is quite easy to get a really close
all round finish, without any likelihood of mishap.

Colonial Razors,General SS

Cheers, sounds good; DE shaving so simple - yet so complex and rewarding at the same time!

All good - had a great holiday, but at the same time glad to be back.

Greetings,

A nice relaxing 3 pass + pick ups sunday morning shave with no errors to report. The bali bd 191/voskhod t.c. duo paired together excellently.

The arko sensitive cream create a wonderful thick protective lather,it has a light lavender fragrance which stays through out the shave.

Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Fonex Gummy ~ Tradtional Turkish Lavender Cologne,of which i forgot to add to the photo.

My face is feeling silky smooth & smelling devine.

Enjoy your sunday, ladies & gentlemen.

Morning shave

Olive Oil Soap
Proraso Green Shaving Cream
Semogue 1305
Little Wren Pottery
Muhle r41
Astra SP (2)
Thayers Witch Hazel (unscented)
Proraso Green Post-Shave Cream

I used Proraso almost exclusively for my first month of traditional shaving (until I discovered this forum and a thousand ways to spend my money) but it rarely sees the light these days. I'm not sure why really because I thoroughly enjoyed that. I find the scent oddly comforting. Enjoy the sunshine chaps.

Sunday 8th July

Pears Glycerine Soap
Proraso Green Tea and Oatmeal Preshave Cream
Semogue Caravela Badger/Boar Brush
Micromatic Clog Pruf with an unshimmed GEM SS blade
Wickham 1912 Parma Violet Soap
Alum Block, Rinse, Thayers Original with Cucumber
Aloe Vera Gel
Lanman & Murray Florida Water
Bronnley Lavander EDT

Thank goodness for Aloe Vera! A liberal application last night ensured that the effects of yesterday's sun were minimised and my face no longer felt (as they would say in N Ireland)....like a 'skelpt arse'.

This was a cold shave....and it felt wonderful.
Three passes and a little touch up for an excellent BBS result

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Loving your brush, if you ever get tired of it I will give it a loving home P.
