Another non-tallow soap that performs really well. Very slick, and provided great lather for the Injectomatic. This is a razor that I can hardly sense mowing down the stubble; but it is an incredibly efficient bit of kit. A very close, smooth finish.
Razor: The Christopher Bradley razor plate C
Soap:LaToja
Post: AV Ice Blue
All in all another great shave hard to beat LaToja for the price great post shave feel. The CB razor has pretty much retired all my other razors sometimes I still reach for my Slim but not often.
Today's shaving, enjoying this beautiful Victorian era W&B razor, accompanied by the Antiga barbaria do bairro soap, the Romera broach of Manchurian badger that continues its "maturation", this time for shaving the face and delineating the beard, the head was shaved with Gillette super speed with rapira blade (2), ending with after shave the Toja. Relaxing and great. May they continue to have a good Sunday friends.
The Patanjali Herbal shave cream has an exotic herbal scent (not medicinal) and has quite a bit of thick lather. It has menthol and makes the skin feeling fresh and cool post shave. It has some nice herbs which are good for skin care.
The PAA Doc is one of the most under rated razors in wet shaving. It's mild but very efficient. I hear many people talk about its negative exposure and therefore it's theoretical inability to cut whiskers.
I get a BBS shave each time with three pass plus touch up. The razor technique needs to be very refined around sensitive areas and areas of stubborn whiskers.
I love this razor for its mild yet efficient shave !

Great shave with injector razor.
I have to add, that lately I'm returning more and more to using preshave cream.
I shave before bed and I apply preshave and leave it as I brush my teeth. That way I don't lose time for preshave.
As for the actual benefit of preshave cream. I know this has been debated many times and most people don't find it beneficial. But I think it depends on hair stiffness. I have stiff hair and don't shower before shaving. And so leaving cream (preshave or actual soap) for few minutes on my beard to soften the hair, would allow me to control the razor a little better.
