Vitos Red Cocco
Maseto Beehive
Merkur 34c
Polsilver
4711 Aftershave
Strange brush this one, sold by Maseto as a 30mm but it's more like a super extra mega dense 24mm! First use of Vitos Red Cocco, absolutely love it.... Perfect performance, medium strength amaretto scent, good post shave feel and it cost £5 for 250g

Prep ~ face wash - Birch tar soap
Razor ~ Hone Type 15
Blade ~ KAI Stainless
Soap ~ Vitos Red
Brush ~ Cadman Bell Silvertip
Scuttle ~ Giles Shaving Co
Post ~ BBA PSB
Scent ~ Penhaligon's Opus 1870
A wonderfuly close and efficient shave from my Hone paired with a Kai blade. The Vitos Red was as slick and protective as always, applied with the fab bell brush from Mervyn Cadman.
These blades do improve the performance of the Hone somewhat and are smooth in use.
A few sprays of Opus 1870 and I'm good to go!
Have a nice day..........P.
The Vitos Red is, indeed, excellent value for money.Evening shave.

Is there a better value for money soap than Vitos Red? Third use of the 1914 (on loan from the redoubtable @Boru62) and once again a very nice shave. Kevin kindly supplied me with a ready made shim but, being a bit of an imbecile, and despite fiddling around for ages, I couldn't get it to sit right. So a shimless shave, but a thoroughly enjoyable one. Have a good evening chaps.
