So what are your favourite childhood toys/games?

I actually managed to save up my Christmas cash, and Birthday cash, and paper round cash, odd job's for the neighbours cash,to get a Webley Tempest pistol!,I wasn't that impressed though,it was no way powerful enough for my liking...I did manage to shoot one of my mates off his bike,at about 20-30 yards, for making a crack about my pastel pink cardigan (1984-85)...
I still chuckle about it today!,he made a "is that top your mum's" quip, whilst pedalling down the road as fast as he could, and I,in a cool and collective, but loud voice, whilst zeroing in on his ass, said "NO" then I pulled the trigger..He went straight over the handlebars, and ended up eating tarmac!...LOL!.
Dont get me wrong,me and all my mates found it highly entertaining to shoot each other with air pistols, rifles,I still have the scars 30 odd years later to prove it...

Can anyone remember 'Action' comic from the mid 70's?,it ended up getting banned,as it was deemed to violent!,what a kick in my not yet dropped balls that was!,I loved the likes of 'Hook Jaw' !.Luckily,2000ad was just around the corner!.Thanks to the interweb,I have every copy from prog 00 to this weeks copy!...LOL! (about 1850 issues).

@Dr Terror - yes, I also used to get 2000AD as well as The Eagle (the 1970s version NOT the original 1950/60s version!).

In fact, I still have loads of old Commando and Battle mags.
I too got the 80's Eagle!,I also got one in the 70's called Starlord, but it didnt last for many issues.I managed to get quite a few original Eagle Annuals from the 50's/60's thanks to jumble sales mind!.
I really got into artwork thanks to 2000ad,especially Kevin O'neill's Dan Dare art work!...
I also used to get Commando, and Battle...Charley's War!.

Shooting inappropriate targets was a rite of passage, I am almost ashamed to say.

I forgot to add ho-ho-ho fun-packed board games from my list:

Buckeroo - god that was maddening
Mouse Crap - ok it was Mouse Trap but as a game - shite!
Mastermind - played it recently from the App store - still don't get it. Must be thicker than mince
Cluedo - quite possibly Best. Board. Game. Ever. Except they called the pistol a 'revolver' when it was clearly a small 'automatic' - mind you Miss Scarlett - seriously hot.
Tank Command - Rommel v Monty it promised. Delivered... disappointment. Typical great ad, great box, crap game.
Kerplunk - quite enjoyed that actually
Striker / Subutteo - so so.
Rebound - shove ha'penny repackaged.
CrossFire - epic ball-bearing fun

I wanted this so badly! In my eyes it was the nearest I would get to having a Schmeisser MP40. Fu-cking AWESOME!!!

I used to love board games, but being an only child,I had no bugger to play with!.In them days,it was unheard of in my neck of the woods, for your mother/father to actually do anything with you, apart from give you a beating that is...

Does anyone remember Lone Ranger figures from the mid 70's?....
