£3.44 shipped for a boar brush looks like a pretty good deal, but I can't comment on what kind of quality it is as I haven't used one of those brushes before.

Call me a cynic, but something tells me that it will be complete and utter garbage. You can however get some very decent Omega boar brushes for under a tenner from numerous suppliers.

Yeah that could be the way. I read the old Jaguar extra small brushes were ok (not as good as an Omega though).

The last Turkish boar I bought had a weird treated knot. It is a mystery, seemed synthetic but had a few boar bristles in there.
