My new Semogue 2000 arrived today and it is a beast of a brush.

Here's some pictures of it (after two test latherings), and after lathering up some MWF:

It's an amazing bowl latherer considering that it's nowhere near broken in at the moment.

This is one purchase I don't think I will regret. :)
 
I got one a few weeks ago from Miguel at Portugal Online, lovely brush that works fantastic with soaps and creates tons of lather. Wasn't expecting the tips to be so soft TBH, it actually feels softer to use than my Vulfix 404 mix.

I'm afraid from the pics your lather looks terribly bubbly and thin - as seen from the bowl, but that's MWF for you. Not one I'd shave with myself.

Hmm, not terrible - I have an aversion to lather that's too dry - but yes, a bit more bubbly and foamy than I'd use.
 
This is a typical case of "YMMV".

You want to see my lather with MWF. By the time I'd get round to taking a picture it would have fizzed away. Lol!
