Prep- Bulldog Face wash
Pre- Proraso Crema
Brush- SOC
Soap- MdC & 4 drops of homemade glycine/menthol, scuttle lathered
Razor- Ever Ready Jewel
Blade- Feather ss [2]
Post- alum, Thayers Witch Hazel & 2 drops of glycine/menthol
This was the first use of the razor and it gave a reasonable close shave with no cuts & no irritation what so ever. The razor is very audible in feedback but I feel I have not got the technique down yet. Now that shave was ALL menthol! :icon_razz: face would still be cool sitting in the Devil's Kitchen

Blade: Gillette Wilkinson Sword (India) (1)
Post: Osma alum block, followed by Myrsol Antesol
Not a very nice shave. Tugging all over the place with half a dozen weepers. Blade retired on its first outing.

After a long weekend, 4 days growth needing tackling. After WTG pass I was DFS, a quick ATG left me BBS. One small weeper and absolutely no sting from the 4711.
The R41 definitely has a space in my arsenal...........
