Rooney Prototype?

After picking this brush on Ebay I checked my Paypal account only to found that it was owned by a certain Mr L Sabini proprietor of Rooney brushes. Struck gold with this Rooney finest proto? Possibly.

I've been thinking about it, I suppose he could just tell me to **** off but bearing in mind how shy he seems to be (or maybe he doesn't give a fig) I will have to proceed with the right approach.
