Rex Supply Co Envoy Stainless Steel Safety Razor

I have to say the market for reasonably priced decent razors grows healthier each day. With the Karve, the Game Changer and now the envoy with your own ES around the corner things have never looked better.

I shave mainly with the ATT R1, but also with theMùule Rocca. I must say, I prefer the smoothness of the ATT which gives a very close, comfortable shave. Can anyone compare this new Rex to anything else?
 
I am enjoying the Rex Envoy. However, its not getting much use at the moment as I ordered a Blackbird SB which arrived shortly after the Envoy. I am really enjoying the Blackbird.

The Envoy is great' superb build quality; absolutely clamps the blade - smooth and efficient. For me it is slightly less efficient than the Dart, or the Rocca V4 - about on a par with the Colonical Silversmith.

Certainly it looks the business but at £110 I'll not be trying it out. I currently use a Muhle R89 which gives great performance, how much better a shave could the Rex give me?
