Just had my first shave with Proraso Red cream. Wow! That stuff is incredible.
The kit? Parker 98R, Derby Extra blade, T&H pre-shave oil, Proraso Red cream, finished with T&H No10 Aftershave Balm.
Bliss.
And the perfect end to an Italian themed evening.
The good lady prepared her home made lasagne al forno (everything prepared from raw ingredients, including home made fresh pasta) and I finished the meal with an espresso grande from freshly ground Illy beans in my DeLonghi espresso machine.
Later retired to the bathroom for a hot shower with a few arias playing in the background for mood. And then the Proraso Red Cream shave.
I refer night time shaving. No rush to get it done quickly before leaving for work. Nicely paced and thoroughly enjoyable.
I'm a Proraso Red Cream fan now. Will be saving the T&H No 10 shave cream for weekends only now and making the Proraso the daily choice.
