My ex worked for Gieves & Hawkes and I was taught to throw the silk (none of your cotton rubbish), catch it neatly in the centre and then insert the centre into the breast pocket. The resulting tails ends should then give a splash of colour to match one's Hermes tie.


Not a wind up - I used to live with this on a daily basis!
