Another nice razor: Hammer.
Two plates. Sounds good, not singing.
Smooth, on mid-mild range.

Be interesting to see whether anyone stocks these in the UK, and at what price, but $44 for a decent razor with two plates is very reasonable. Really like what Pearl did with the Flexi, an excellent adjustable at a very good price, so have a lot of respect for Pearl. However, also aware that there were teething issues with the Flexi, and could be with this one too, though there are far fewer things to go wrong with a non-adjustable.

For me It's waaaaay to hefty.
But, in aluminium It'd be perfect to me.

Brass is nice, but they covered it with satin crap, leave it nekkid and put a man handle on it and maybe.

But they would have to polish it, they'd rather give it a quick media blast and plate it. Should just leave it brass and cut the price in half.

Turning back to the handle - I’ve shat better looking designs than that. Honestly, it’s like someone put a Barberpole twist on a skinny jobby. All that CNC malarkey fer a jobby?

Absolutely. Why sleep when you can sit up all night watching Netflix whilst rubbing yer Rockwell repeatedly with Autosol?

It was a learning experience but with the Dremel and a few specialist compounds and the knowledge gleaned, I think I’ve got it about as good as an enlightened amateur could.
