New Simpsons boar brushes!

I ordered both of them. Very dissappointed! The larger one has a glue knot that is over 1 inch high and the center of the brush has a real short loft. The smaller brush is slant at the top having longer bristles then the other side. I know it is a small bush but once you load it and use it it is very limpy and will not splay. I own two Simpson badger brushes that are top notch and I really like using them.

Thanks for your observations. A shame to read they are both stinkers.

I’d need a 26mm to be halfway tempted. An Omega 20102 (that fabulous brush!) is clearly far superior and cheaper.
