Love your name I miss my old Speccy.I am pretty sure it's rebranded Yaqi Excalibur head.
They have released as well DE razor - The DE-Boaz Adjustable Razor - which is basically rebranded Qshave razor.
So - both are probably sourced from Chinese factories under Classic Shaving brand. I am not gonna buy it.
