New Family Venture: 'Flattened Bottles'

Evening all,

Just thought I'd place a quick note about a new project...

My mother has recently started up a new venture selling flattened bottles to be used as cutting board, clock, ornaments etc.

She's doing it as a hobby (and because she seems to have an unhealthy attraction to melting things :? ) so she's not really in it for profit, she's also been taking 'special occasion' bottles (such as wedding champagne) and flattening them for mounting in frames.

Here's an example of a 60th birthday celebratory champagne she flattened for a friend:

If anyone is interested she has just joined the web:

Cheers,

Chris

I can flatten cans (by stamping on them) if anyone wants to save the Stella they were drinking when their paternity / VD / court results came in.

Very popular memento on our local council estate, many keep them in their front gardens to remind them of that Big Day.

A flattened Buckfast bottle with "My first ASBO" or Behavioural Agreement artistically attached.

Perfect Xmas gift for the ned(s) in your life.

Regards

Neo...you don't BELIEVE those AD's do you? They don't call Stella "wife-beater" for nothing.

What about demijohn's for a larger cheeseboard? I'm working on it, I've only had 4 litre's of scrumpy today.
