i like the barley chrome plated

reminds me of a larger merkur 1904 in shape and style. Nice indeed.

That said, i have two EJ handles, still need a spare head!

Yes the barley one is nice. I have the lined chrome. Don't know which I'd choose now if I didn't have either.

I got the ivory one last week from TESC. Very nice I must admit, better than my EJ89.

Can someone educate me as to what "barley chrome" is please? Not heard of it before.

I love the ivory one.

It's a polished metal one (i.e. chrome) that has a textured handle pattern resembling barley grains.

the new ones have a hexagonal handle as per the pictures in the first post of this thread
