Nice, but can you shave with it?

Seriously, that is one sharp knife.

Beautiful knife! Nice film!

My personal favourite is my Hattori HD 170mm Nikiri which I would say is every bit as sharp - and I have a box of blue plasters to prove it!

I bought mine by mail order directly from Japan with free shipping to my hotel in the US!

Love Japanese knives!!
