Long Handled Shaving Brush

Here's the second of my handmade brushes for sale: This one is English Walnut with a 22mm (this one also measures up at 24mm) Silvertip Badger knot (GoldenNib). The handle is finished with an acrylic lacquer.

The brush is brand new

lovely brush, very tempted whats it like on soap? is it a scrubby brush or soft for creams?

Although it's a silvertip it's quite scrubby - I made one for my father with a slightly higher loft that is still being broken in, but seems to do well for soaps.

I would say, given loft and knot size that this would be perfectly adequate for both soaps and creams, maybe slightly more suited to soaps.

I use a 28mm goldennib knot in my own brush, and that works well with soaps - I think the goldennib knots are all a little scrubby!
