Soap: Crabtree & Evelyn Sandalwood cream (discontinued)
This cheap-from-Ebay brush is a firm favourite of mine. Needs little soaking, no fuss, doesn't eat lather. The cream was my father's staple. The scent is fairly subtle but there's lots of lather, which is beautifully slick. (The box was easier to photograph than the tube but I might include the latter in a later pic).
