I usually try and make more lather than I need except for the other night when I really was struggling to find lather for an extra pass.

Squeezed the brush out, forgot how great this stuff is. Super dense and super slick as mantic says, I'm definitely going to use it more often.
 
Very true, I usually do the same (make too much) but when I have to give the brush a squeeze the lather from the centre is great, usually only enough for one extra pass, any more and I would have to go back to the cake.

When I read the thread title I thought it was going to be about some new-fangled lather meditation technique. Visualize the perfect lather and you shall be able to make it. :D

The lather from the middle of the brush is great stuff. I find I have to apply it with my hand though, otherwise the brush seems to eat it back up.
 
What a nice guy you are YJim .................. now I'm ashamed to admit I thought it may be some almost pornographic image in words which would be presented ! Shame on me.
