Been on holiday this week in Jersey and been eating like a king, very enjoyable break. On a visit out to the lavender farm I came across this interesting soap. Main ingredients seem to suggest that this will be a nice shaving soap, lovely smell from the range and all are tallow and palm with glycerine.
I asked the girl in the shop if this was a shaving soap, she was not getting the question, she was French and while her English was better than my French, I just could not get across the subtle difference between shaving soap and soap. I bought some and some cologne, in fact I got the complete set with talc, shower gell and mini cologne, the soap was £4 so worth a punt. Even if it is no good I love the smell so I will grate it with something if needed.
