Italian Super Adjustable

Has anyone else seen one of these?

Of the 30 SA's which have passed through my hands, I've only come across one of these.

Looks like it has the tray from a Toggle (square rather than diamond inset).

This is the picture of a standard SA

This is the same tray on the italian

Has anyone else got one or am I alone?

My 80's SA has the same tray inside. Just a plastic bottom.
